POLE TREND FAQ's
At POLE TREND, we want you to love the way you look in our favorite brands and do our best to pick the most interesting, trendy, and up-and-coming designers from the pole world, bringing them to your Canadian door step.
We choose to offer a small selection of curated gear, updated with the latest upcoming designers and established brands every four to six months. We choose to stay small so we can stand behind our brand picks 100%!
"How do I pick a size?"
- All Brands Fit differently, as most are from overseas, some fit smaller or larger than others. We will do our best to give you visual ideas through various model sizes, personal recommendations, and we will provide a sizing FAQ list on the sizing page.
"Oh no, it doesn't fit how do I return?"
- We understand that even with the best of intentions, sometimes things just don't work out. You can click our "Refunds + Exchanges" page to travel to our refund portal, you can choose a Size Exchange, Refund, or Defective Refund.
Refunds + Exchanges
You have 30 days from purchase to request a size exchange or full product refund, please note that Clearance is labelled as a final sale product, and is NON REFUNDABLE. If a product is damaged upon receipt you have 7 days from package delivery to notify us and we will rectify the situation in the same manor as an exchange or refund.
Please click the "Refunds + Exchanges" button to be directed to our return portal.
Returns and Exchanges are shipped back and exchanged for free as long as they are within the 30 day window, after that time the product is considered NON REFUNDABLE. We will provide you with detailed instructions on printing your return label and where to send the product through our return portal.
*please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on products with nameplates that fall off or snap, they're very delicate.
